We are excited to host Barre Life’s back to basics 60 minute barre class at The Hill Bar and Grille. Join us on Saturday, September 10 at 11am. Class is outside, bring your own yoga mat. Relax after class at The Hill Bar & Grille’s patio or step up to the actual bar – your class ticket includes a post workout refreshment. * This class is $25, register online at Barre Life, Manchester and includes a one hour barre class, and a $10 drink of your choice.

Introducing Whaleback’s First 9/11 Memorial Duathlon BIKE RUN CONQUER All proceeds will be donated to The Enfield Firefighters Association Stick around after the race for an outdoor concert with Brooks Hubbard, Populace and Of Conscious Mind! Enfield Fire Department will be there Fire Trucks and a speech by Fire Chief Phil Neily With raffles, give aways, lawn games and beach volleyball- something for the whole family. Fresh food on the grill and cold beverages for the whole event! With two different lengths of race available, there is something for everyone! Sprint Distance= 5 mile cycle followed by a 2 mile hike/run up and down the mountain. Standard Distance= 10 mile cycle followed by a 4 mile hike/run up and down the mountain. Run Only: 1 lap (2 miles) or 2 laps (4 miles) Bike Only: Short distance (5 miles) or Long distance (10 miles)

The 2022 Run for the Fallen NH is this Saturday, September 24th, in Waterville Valley. The opening ceremony will take place in the Field of Honor in Town Square. The 4-mile loop run/walk route will honor New Hampshire's Fallen Heroes. The following roads will be affected: Village Road, Valley Road, Boulder Path Road, West Branch Road, Tripoli Road. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a race. All are welcome to walk, run, stroll, meander or just hang out along the loop honoring New Hampshire's Fallen Heroes (4 miles is NOT required). There is no charge to participate, although Run for the Fallen NH, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, appreciates donations. This is NOT a race. We finish together, in gratitude.
