Bretton Woods Canopy Tours

Join us year-round for a thrilling zip line adventure on the slopes of Bretton Woods! Participants are brought on an adventure that includes a network of platforms high up in the ancient hemlock trees connected by nine zip lines, two sky bridges and three rappels.

This excursion offers both a thrilling experience and an intimate look into the wilds of the White Mountains, with sweeping views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range. Time out depends on group sizes, with groups of 4+ averaging roughly 3 hours and up. Smaller groups should expect anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours. The longest zip is over 1000 ft. long and about 165 feet off the forest floor. Each tour can accommodate up to eight participants who descend 1000 feet in elevation with two Adventure Guides, from the top of Rosebrook Canyon to the base of Bretton Woods.

Mountain Coaster

One or two passengers can ride individual carts that glide along stainless steel, tubular rails. Carts are pulled uphill by a cable before the cart disengages, and gravity takes over. The downhill track is designed with swooping turns, banked corners and giant loops through the forest. Each cart is equipped with its own braking system that allows the "driver" to slow to a comfortable pace or let it rip at full speed.

Aerial Treetop Adventure

Enjoy New England's largest Aerial Obstacle Course. Eighty-one different challenges are securely suspended within the trees in a combined total of eight high-ropes courses, including two demos and the Explorer Course just for kids. Some of the features include log ladders, bridges, swings, seesaws, foot bridges and, of course, lots of ziplines!
