Cranmore Scenic Chairlift

Scenic chairlift rides are a summer activity the whole family can enjoy! Take a relaxing 7-minute ride to the top of the mountain on Cranmore’s four passenger summit chairlift. After reaching the top, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and take in the stunning views of the surrounding Mount Washington Valley and prestigious Mount Washington from 2,000 feet.

Located at the summit, the historic Meister Hut restaurant is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. The Meister Hut offers a lunch menu, grab and go snacks and, and local craft beer. Riders can also pack a bagged lunch for a mountaintop picnic!

After exploring the peak, board the Skimobile Express Quad for a scenic chairlift ride back to the base area.

Scenic Lift Ride

Enjoy a leisurely 15-minute ride to the summit where you will disembark to take in the expansive views of Lake Winnipesaukee and various ranges of the White Mountains beyond - including Mount Washington! 

Explore hiking trails from the top of the mountain or pack a picnic lunch to enjoy on the summit lodge deck. The chairlift will be ready to take you back to the base area to continue your adventures.

Gunstock also offers one-way scenic lift-ride tickets for those who prefer to hike up and ride down or vice versa. Simply stop by the Gunstock ticket office before setting out.

Visitors will find Gunstock's Barrel Bar & Grille just steps from the chairlift. Delicious lunch options and a full bar - including signature cocktails - invite dining outdoors on the deck or inside in air-conditioned comfort.

Sunapee Aerial Sky Ride

Take an aerial sky ride at Mount Sunapee to enjoy the breathtaking summit scenery. Bring your bagged lunch, read a book, or simply relax at the peak and when you are ready to head back down jump on the lift and enjoy the view all the way to the bottom.
