Yurt Yoga

Gunstock Outdoor Center is excited to present Yurt Yoga! Come join our elite Gunstock Yoga Instructors every Sunday from 9am-10:15am for a yoga class designed to relieve your body of the impact of the work week. Optimized for both locals and travelers of various skill levels, our Yurt Yoga is a transformative experience. This class will implement traditional Hatha yoga with focus on lengthening and strengthening the muscles, while incorporating slow flow and holding some postures for a moderate length of time. Class begins with grounding (meditation) and ends with savasana (complete relaxation) with the overall goal being to elevate the awareness between the physical and energetic body connection. Yurt Yoga will meet in, you guessed it, the Yurt! That small, funny-looking building right next to the Outdoor Center on the right side of the road coming into the mountain. Class fee is $15. We provide all the necessities for this yoga class, just bring yourself, your mat if you have one (if not, we do!), and water! Please park in the parking lane behind the Outdoor Center. More Info
