Mountaintop Yoga - Foliage Flow

A peaceful, quiet chairlift ride to the top of the mountain. You take in the majestic views of Lake Winnipesaukee and mountains as far as the eye can see, while breathing, moving, and meditating.

These sessions include only the most basic poses and moves, and will leave you feeling loose, relaxed, and ready to approach your day with a sense of great intention!

Meet at the Welcome Center at 8:40am. Lift ride begins at 9am. Back down the mountain by 10:20am

Mountaintop Yoga

Elevate your yoga with Mountaintop Yoga! Load the Gondola Skyride and spend Sunday morning at the summit of Loon Peak, where stunning views of the White Mountains will inspire a special hour-long yoga session. Guided by an experienced local instructor, you'll achieve a more enlightened perspective as you rise high above the stresses of everyday life.

After class, you're free to enjoy our summit activities as long as you like. Explore a maze of cool glacial caves, stroll a short nature trail or climb the summit observation tower for a 360-degree view. The Summit Café is also open for lunch & drinks with the best view in town.

Walk-ins are welcome as space allows. Sign up at Loon Mountain Sports starting at 9:30am, inside the Gondola Barn.


Please arrive at the resort by 10:00am and check in at Loon Mountain Sports, located in the Gondola Barn. After, load the four-person gondola and enjoy your 15-minute scenic skyride to the summit. Load the Gondola no later than 10:15 am – class begins at 10:30 am. Class will be held near the Summit Café, at the top of Harder Way trail.


Guests 18 & under will need a parent or guardian's signature to participate. Yoga mats will be available for class use but feel free to bring your own. In the event of bad weather, yoga will be held in the Paul Bunyan Room. Sorry, no refunds. All sales are final.

Meet at the Welcome Center at 10:45am.  Route to change based on weather. Rain? As long as no thunderstorms are in the area, we'll get in touch with our inner youth and puddle splash our way through it!

The Bretton Woods Adventure Center at the Omni Mount Washington Resort invites you to our first ever “Fell Into October!” Autumn Festival to celebrate all things New England. This event includes the 6th Annual Fell Race at Bretton Woods, a race featuring a combination of mountain racing and orienteering that takes racers through off-road terrain with challenging elevation changes. We are also introducing our first ever Bretton Woods Mountain Bike Fondo. This tour of the Bretton Woods Cross Country Trail System, in the heart of the White Mountains National Forest, features course levels with varied terrain for each kind of rider.

Stargazing Lecture

Dr. Douglas Arion, Director of the Carthage Institute of Astronomy and Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Carthage College, will give a presentation on the intricate and fascinating connections between life on Earth and the history and phenomena of the Universe around us. Learn about the amazing sequence of events that led to the formation of the solar system and the Earth, and how we have come to understand what we are and why we are here.
