Need something for the kids to do while you enjoy the Adult Après? Bring your little elves up to the Mount Washington View Room on the 4th floor of the Bretton Woods Base Lodge for the Little Elves Toyshop Kid’s Après Party.  Let them get out those pre- Christmas jitters with crafts and treats that will be sure to have them seeing sugar plum fairies in their dreams! Kids Apres Ski Party

Kids ages 4-12 are welcome to join in this special après ski fun!  This supervised program will take place from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm upstairs in the Mount Washington View Room, located on the Heaven Level of the Bretton Woods Base Lodge.  Special après are scheduled on most Saturday’s and during vacation and holiday periods.  Each party will include live entertainment, games, activities, and refreshments for kids.  Parents are welcome to leave their kids at this supervised program and enjoy entertainment at the Slopeside Lounge.  Reservations are not required for this complimentary program.

Christmas Eve Tree Lighting Service

You don't need to be at home to celebrate Christmas Eve with friends and family. This year, you can celebrate the holiday with us.

Join us on December 24th for a special Tree Lighting Christmas Eve Service at the Governor Adams Lodge. Get into the Christmas Spirit with Christmas carols, and a nondenominational candlelight service hosted by Loon Mountain Ministry. We'll even light a Christmas tree, so Santa and his reindeer will have no trouble finding us. Don't forget to enjoy the free cookies, hot cocoa, and coffee!

6:30pm - Cookies, Hot Cocoa, and Coffee. 

6:45pm - Tree lighting, and first gift of Christmas.  

7:00pm - Christmas service begins in the Governor's Lodge

Skate Clinic: $35 for one clinic, $50 for both

Beginner/Classic Clinic: $20 (lesson and rental), $10 (lesson only)

Enjoy the classic experience of riding among surrounding fields and within wooded trails in a horse-driven sleigh. A unique winter fun outing for families and friends of all ages. In addition to the approximate 15-20 minute ride in the sleigh, we invite you to warm yourself by an outdoor fire before and after your ride and enjoy a cup of hot cocoa.

Where: Parking and rides begin and end at an outdoor location approximately one mile south of King Pine / half-mile south Purity Spring Resort on Route 153. Entrance to parking area is on the south-bound side of Route 153 and noticeable signing will be out during operating times.

During the winter months, guided snowshoe tours may be available on Saturdays at 2 p.m. (weather permitting) and are $12 per person ($20 with snowshoe rentals).

Starry Nights at Sunnyside Timberlodge

Join us for our Starry Nights Celebration! Starry Nights offers gourmet dining to an acoustic beat while nestled mountainside around a fire inside the Sunnyside Timberlodge.  Guests will enjoy the stars as they ride up the Valley Run Quad then ski or ride to the Sunnyside Timberlodge along a torch lit trail. Upon arrival at the lodge, trade out ski and snowboard boots for cozy souvenir socks and warm-up fireside with appetizers, wine and beer while chatting with friends and listening to local musician. Then take in a gourmet meal. The night will culminate with a Torchlight Parade by skiing or riding down the Valley Run trail under the stars.

Moonlight Snowshoe Tour

As the winter moon rises, experience one of our guided moonlight snowshoe tours through NH Audubon's Hoyt Wildlife Sanctuary at Purity Spring Resort.  Take in the tall pines and soft woodland sounds with views of King Pine Ski Area in the distance as you experience the serene trails along Purity Lake. 

All tours are weather permitting. Interested participants are asked to sign-up and meet at The Mill Indoor Pool & Fitness Center across from the Purity Spring Main Office fifteen minutes before the start of the tour. Please call ahead to confirm date of scheduled snowshoe tours.  Rate are $12 per person ($20 with snowshoe rentals - rentals are available at the King Pine Rental Shop)
